For the demonstration store, eligible items may be marked for return within 28 days of the recorded delivery date.
How to record a return
Open your account order history. A confirmed test order can be marked delivered, then returned within its 28-day eligibility window. Approving the simulated return restores its item quantities in the local inventory.
Before a commercial launch
The return flow updates order and stock records inside the test environment only. This copy is a simulation rule, not a substitute for a legally reviewed UK consumer returns policy for a live retailer.
